
Paul Martino - Chief Executive Officer
Paul is the CEO and cofounder of Aggregate Knowledge, which is the fourth company that he has founded over his 20 year technology career. Paul was previously the CTO and founder of Tribe Network, which was recently acquired by Cisco. In addition to being a serial entrepreneur, he has held senior business development positions at Intertrust and SkyPilot. The highly scalable architecture of the Aggregate Knowledge discovery platform is based on the research work Paul did on massively parallel graph algorithms while a Ph. D. candidate at Princeton University. Paul also holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Lehigh University and an M.S. in Computer Science from Princeton.
David Jakubowski - Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager
David is a seasoned executive who brought Microsoft's Search platform (adCenter) to market and helped launch Quigo. He is an industry expert on digital monetization, with a long history leading sales, business development, marketing, and product teams. His depth of experience in complex search and display platforms combined with his revenue focus and deep experience with the advertising community give David a unique foundation to build companies upon. David was most recently the senior vice president of Specific Media, the largest freestanding global ad network. Prior to Specific Media, he was at Microsoft, where he was general manager of Microsoft adCenter and Search Strategy. In this role, he oversaw product marketing, product management, go-to-market, and monetization strategy. Before joining Microsoft, David was senior vice president of Quigo Technologies Inc., where he was responsible for building out the business units, expanding the client base, increasing revenue growth, and overseeing marketing and customer acquisition. Under his guidance, Quigo grew from a small startup to one of the largest search engine marketers in the space and one of Google Inc.'s largest competitors in the contextual space. David is a graduate of Binghamton University.
Steve Pantelick - Chief Financial Officer
Steve is a seasoned industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in driving growth, strategy, and operations for leading companies such as Kodak Gallery, Blockbuster, Inc. and Cadbury Schweppes Plc. Prior to joining Aggregate Knowledge, Steve was CFO for Kodak Gallery where he helped lead the company's rapid growth as the world's leading online digital printing service. At Kodak Gallery, he was also responsible for the company’s printing and customer service operations. Steve's career included broadband wireless start-up SkyPilot Network where he was CFO. Prior to SkyPilot, Steve held numerous senior executive positions at Blockbuster Inc., helping take the company public in 1999. At Blockbuster, Steve served as chief operating officer of the company's New Media Division, senior vice president of strategic planning, senior vice president of finance responsible for the company's U.S. financial operations, and vice president of worldwide planning. Prior to Blockbuster, Steve spent seven years with Cadbury Schweppes, in a variety of roles in the U.S. and Europe including, VP Finance, Dr Pepper/7Up, and Planning Director, Schweppes Europe. Steve earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an A.B. degree from Harvard College.
Rob Grzywinski - Chief Technical Officer
Rob has been an entrepreneur and CTO since 1995, when he bootstrapped
his first consulting company with a credit card, successfully growing
that company at its peak to over 90 employees. Previously, he held positions at Securant (which became part of RSA), EDS, and others, where he architected security software and lead teams developing e-commerce and outsourcing software. He
has worked in diverse
industries including online publishing, software security, collective intelligence, finance and trading. His expertise is in leading
projects with short development cycles and limited resources
while creating cohesive and rewarding environments for staff. Rob graduated
from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Physics.
Perry Nusbaum - Senior Vice President, National Sales
Perry has over 20 years of online sales, marketing, and management experience, most recently as senior vice president, agency relations, at Specific Media, where he was responsible for agency partnerships and joint ventures, as well as Eastern U.S. sales. Prior to Specific Media, he held the positions of senior account executive at 24/7 Real Media and senior director, business development, for United Online. Previous to his online advertising career, Perry founded The Head Gear Company, a provider of consumer electronics products that delivered CD quality sound to patrons of live events. While there, he was nominated for Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Perry has an undergraduate degree in history from State University of New York, Albany, and holds a J.D. from Albany Law School.
Pascal Bensoussan - VP, Product Management & Marketing
At Aggregate Knowledge, Pascal is responsible for articulating and executing on the company's product strategy, product roadmap, and go-to-market plans. With more than 14 years experience in product management and a solid expertise of the media industry, Pascal brings focus and discipline to help establish Aggregate Knowledge as the leading provider of real-time display optimization solutions for agencies, advertisers, and ad networks. Prior to Aggregate Knowledge, Pascal was vice president of product management for Rapt, which was acquired by Microsoft in April 2008. At Rapt, Pascal brought to market innovative solutions to address some of the toughest publisher-side yield optimization challenges. Prior to Rapt, Pascal spent four years with Sun Microsystems, sharpening his operational skills through several strategic supply chain management initiatives. Pascal holds an M.S. in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University, an M.S. in Economics from ENPC (France), and a B.S. in Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique (France).
Chris Law - Founder
Chris is a serial entrepreneur and was previously a founder of Indigo Technologies and Tribe Networks, which was acquired by Cisco. He has been in product management roles his entire career at companies such as Trilogy/pcOrder and Kontiki. Chris has a Bachelors of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo.
Raj Kandasamy - Director of Engineering
Raj has over 12 years of experience in developing and delivering
software in
various Internet technologies and managing services to the enterprise.
He has a proven track record of working with and managing world-class
engineering teams
at companies such as Netscape and Intuit. Raj earned his Bachelors of
Engineering in
Computer Science from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, India.
Dale Russell - Director of Operations
Dale manages all aspects of Operations and service delivery with a focus on
scaling the service delivery network to allow for the best customer
experience possible. Dale came from AOL Streaming Operations where he helped build and manage one of
the world's largest streaming media content distribution networks that
served customers such as CNN, ABCNow, AOL Radio and Video, and
Shoutcast. At Salesforce.com, he headed the East Coast Operations
group that was responsible for building and managing their global service delivery network while maintaining a 99.999% uptime. Dale holds an Associate Degree in Electronics from the US Navy,
as well as an Associates Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications
from San Diego State University.
