
Chief Executive Officer
David is a seasoned executive and industry expert on digital monetization, with a long history leading sales, business development, marketing, and product teams. His depth of experience in complex search and display platforms combined with his revenue focus and deep experience with the advertising community give David a unique foundation to build companies upon. David was the senior vice president of Specific Media, the largest freestanding global ad network. Prior to Specific Media, he was at Microsoft, where he was general manager of Microsoft adCenter and Search Strategy. In this role, he oversaw product marketing, product management, go-to-market, and monetization strategy. Before joining Microsoft, David was senior vice president of Quigo Technologies Inc., where he was responsible for building out the business units, expanding the client base, increasing revenue growth, and overseeing marketing and customer acquisition. Under his guidance, Quigo grew from a small startup to one of the largest search engine marketers in the space and one of Google Inc.'s largest competitors in the contextual space. David is a graduate of Binghamton University.

President
Rob has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry - managing marketing, sales, distribution channels, and new market development. Prior to AK, Rob was CEO of PointRoll, where he was instrumental in architecting the strategy that positioned the company at the center of the digital advertising ecosystem. Prior to PointRoll, Gatto grew the business at ShopLocal, now a retail division of PointRoll, from just a few clients to hundreds. Gatto has also held various sales executive positions at Hyperion Solutions, the leader in financial analytics software, and SPSS Inc., the leading provider of predictive analytics and data mining software. Rob earned a B.S. degree in Communications from Northern Illinois University.

Chief Strategy Officer
With a solid expertise of the advertising industry and more than 15 years experience in product management, Pascal is a seasoned executive who brings the practical focus and discipline required to drive the company's vision to reality. Prior to AK, Pascal was vice president of product management for Rapt, a publisher-centric yield optimization platform, which was acquired by Microsoft in April 2008. Pascal holds an M.S. in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University, an M.S. in Economics from ENPC (France), and a B.S. in Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique (France).

Vice President, Finance
John brings over 20 years of accounting and finance experience to AK. Prior to joining AK, he served as VP Finance for the social gaming company Playdom, which was acquired by Disney for $563 million. At ClickShift, John helped guide the SEM optimization software company to a successful acquisition by Webtrends. As controller for Intuit, he managed the finance organization through growth of $18 million to over $500 million in revenues. In addition, he oversaw the financial aspects of the S-1 during Intuits' successful IPO and was an M&A team member on several acquisitions. John began his career with Ernst & Young in Chicago where he obtained his CPA. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Senior Vice President, National Sales
Perry has over 20 years of online sales, marketing, and management experience, most recently as senior vice president, agency relations, at Specific Media, where he was responsible for agency partnerships and joint ventures, as well as Eastern U.S. sales. Prior to Specific Media, he held the positions of senior account executive at 24/7 Real Media and senior director, business development, for United Online. Previous to his online advertising career, Perry founded The Head Gear Company, a provider of consumer electronics products that delivered CD quality sound to patrons of live events. While there, he was nominated for Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Perry has an undergraduate degree in history from State University of New York, Albany, and holds a J.D. from Albany Law School.

Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts
Sarah brings over 15 years of industry experience to AK, most recently as senior vice president of sales at PointRoll where she supported sales, product and partnership integration, new business, and online marketing awareness and development. She was the top individual contributor, based on driving revenue, in PointRoll’s history. Prior to PointRoll, she held various sales and marketing management positions at Ortho-McNeil Neurologics, a division of Johnson and Johnson, retail focused CitySpree.com, and Galyan’s Trading Company. She is well versed in automotive, CPG, telecom, retail, and travel verticals, and has spoken at many industry events. Sarah has B.A. degree in Advertising from Michigan State University.

Senior Vice President, Business Development
James will be building and integrating the AK Platform for DSPs, ad networks, and large publishers for Aggregate Knowledge. Previous to AK, he was SVP, business development, at IDG TechNetwork, where he launched and managed the IDG trading desk and was responsible for striking large global inventory deals with leading publishers, ad networks, DSPs and exchanges. Prior to IDG TechNetwork, James held CEO and senior management positions at several Internet companies, where he led business development, secured large data deals, restructured media buying, built brands, and raised capital. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College, Chicago.

Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Operations
Kristy heads up strategic partnerships and operations for AK where her main focus is to actively manage and grow the client base, including all pre- to post-sales activities. Partners include client direct, agency, resellers, and infrastructure partnerships. Prior to AK, Kristy was the senior director of strategic partnerships for Yahoo! North America, where she managed the end-to-end partner relationships for Facebook, Twitter, Comcast, Match.com, and others, encompassing both the day-to-day operational and P&L responsibilities. Kristy brings a wide range of experience to AK, including online, mobile, product development/management, operations, and marketing, spanning several Fortune 500 companies. She serves on the board of Little Kids Rock and is also an active member of C100, a non-profit, member-driven organization dedicated to supporting Canadian technology entrepreneurship and investment. Kristy graduated with honors from the University of Toronto, Victoria College.

Vice President, Product and Marketing
Yosha is a proven business leader with over 16 years global experience in online advertising, digital media, and emerging technologies. Before AK, he was director of online services at Microsoft where he was involved in many of Microsoft's key online advertising efforts. During his seven year tenure, he closed some of the first advertising syndication deals, led the team responsible for managing Microsoft's initial advertising syndication partnerships such as Facebook, Viacom, and Lenovo, and spearheaded the online advertising monetization strategy for the MSN U.S. Homepage and Local Edition. Prior to Microsoft, he led new technology initiatives in product management and marketing positions at XO Communications, Teleglobe Communications, and MCI WorldCom. He holds an MBA in International Strategy and Marketing from The George Washington University.

Chief Technical Officer
Rob has been an entrepreneur and CTO since 1995, when he bootstrapped his first consulting company with a credit card, successfully growing that company at its peak to over 90 employees. Previously, he held positions at Securant (which became part of RSA), EDS, and others, where he architected security software and led teams developing e-commerce and outsourcing software. He has worked in diverse industries including online publishing, software security, collective intelligence, finance and trading. His expertise is in leading projects with short development cycles and limited resources while creating cohesive and rewarding environments for staff. Rob graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Physics.

Vice President, Engineering
Steve spent much of the last decade developing some of the most widely adopted online consumer services. Most notably, he was the director of engineering at NexTag, where he led technical teams through several years of dramatic growth in site traffic, technical complexity, and team size, as that team scaled to meet the needs of millions of consumers. In addition to NexTag, Steve built a team responsible for engineering and product development of an award winning educational payment and rewards system for tweens, SmartyCard. Steve also spent several years at consumer-tech media giant CNET, managing and leading engineering teams responsible for launching a number of the company's most popular sites. Steve has a master's in computer science from Columbia University and received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College.

Vice President, Technical Operations
Dan heads up global technical operations, including site serving, systems administration, network administration, data centers, infrastructure architecture, and information security. He brings nearly 20 years of technical operations experience from some of the world's largest websites. Prior to AK, Dan led technical operations for hi5, one of the top 20 most trafficked websites. Before that, he was VP of technical operations at LookSmart, a premier search advertising network. He was previously director of operations for NextTag.com, a leading comparison shopping engine. Dan also spent five years at Wal-Mart.com as senior director of site operations and infrastructure. He started his career at Apple for 10 years, in various project management, developer support, and IT positions.

Chief Scientist
At Aggregate Knowledge, Matt is in charge of "making the science work." This entails algorithm development for the massive data volumes at AK, wrangling the science team, and thought leadership for attribution modeling. Matt has been a startup scientist for 10 years, working in diverse fields such as machine learning, recommender systems, and simulation. His current interests are in very large data set manipulation and probabilistic algorithms. Matt received his M.S. from Brandeis University in computational neuroscience and a degree in Physics from Reed College.
